Zed is committed to training and developing each individual that joins us. We passionately believe in the vital importance of training to allow people to grow in the direction that best suits their needs and brings out the best in them.

Whilst many organisations only pay homage to training we have a specific training team that supports all training needs both internally and externally, covering:

• Full inductions for graduates and sponsorship of IPA Diplomas
• Power Hour which includes every spectrum of channel training from press to RSS
• Skills training based on individual needs such as Strategic Planning, Negotiation, Performance Management, Computer Programmes & Presentation Training
