Zed Awards

The wiZed awards are rewards given to staff for outstanding service. They are announced at each quarterly staff meeting . "wiZed" means that the winner is a "wizard" for the great work that they have done,but it also means that they are "with Zed" (get it?)

The Zedder Awards are our yearly equivalent to the Oscars. We have nomination forms for a variety of categories from the top prize of 'Zedder of the year',to 'Most embarrassing moment'.

As well as earning the undying respect and love of their fellow Zed compatriots, winners of these awards also get a very nice reward of Zed money that can be redeemed for gift vouchers. Recognition AND money? We must be going soft.

Of course we also enter external awards too. It is a good way of gaining recognition for your work although it is sometimes understandably difficult for us to persuade clients to let us talk about brilliant results! We work across more disciplines than most agencies which means that we have the opportunity to enter lots and lots of awards.

There's also the small matter of attending the awards ceremony - but that's the hardest bit. Dressing up in your tux or a little black number and cracking open the bubbly when you win.

As you can see, it's no fun whatsoever...
